Humare Baarah Release Date: Annu Kapoor starrer film ‘Humare Barah’ has been in the headlines for a long time. The release date of this film was banned by the court, however, on June 19, 2024, the Bombay High Court gave its verdict and said that there is nothing objectionable in Annu Kapoor-starrer ‘Humare Barah’. With this, the release of the film was also approved. Finally, now the new release date of ‘Humare Barah’ has come. Let us know here when and where this film will be released.

When will ‘Humare Barah’ be released?
Let us tell you that the release date of ‘Humare Barah’ was first fixed on 7 June and then it was postponed to 14 June. Now after getting a clean chit from the court, the new release date of the film has come. According to the latest update, this film will be released on the screen on June 21, 2024.

Why was there a controversy over ‘Humare Barah’
Let us tell you that after the release of the trailer of ‘Humare Barah’, this film was surrounded by controversies. The film was accused of hurting the sentiments of a particular community and a petition was filed in the court to stop the release of this film. During the hearing, the Supreme Court had stayed the release of the film till June 14. At the same time, on June 19, 2024, the case was heard in the Bombay High Court and the film was given a clean chit. The High Court said that there is nothing objectionable in the film. It also highlighted that this film promotes women empowerment. The makers were overjoyed with this decision and with this the new release date of the film was also announced.

The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh on the makers
Reportedly, the court recommended specific modifications, which have been accepted by both the filmmakers and the petitioners. The Bombay High Court has agreed to the filmmakers removing certain dialogues and scenes from the trailer. Additionally, the court recommended the inclusion of two 12-second disclaimers in the film. Apart from this, the court approved the release of the film after the necessary modifications and getting a fresh certification from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The court also imposed a fine of Rs 5 lakh on the makers of the film for releasing the trailer without the first CBFC certification.

Let us tell you that Parth Samthaan, Manoj Joshi and Rahul Bagga are also in lead roles in Kamal Chandra’s ‘Humare Barah’.
